ADA Accessibility/Barrier Lawsuit Defense

Business owners have a lot to consider when it comes to running a successful business. One of those considerations is ensuring that the business and its facilities are accessible to individuals with disabilities. The federal government requires that businesses be accessible to individuals with disabilities through what is known as the Americans with Disabilities Act (the “ADA”). The ADA requires that places of public accommodations meet certain accessibility standards, such as ensuring that there are sufficient handicap parking spaces or that restrooms meet certain guidelines to allow an individual with a disability to navigate. The ADA enforces these standards by allowing those who have been discriminated against in locations that are not up to standard to file for injunctive relief and entitles the Plaintiff to recovery of legal fees, costs and litigation expenses.

  • ✔ Defense of Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”) Lawsuits
    • If your business is facing a lawsuit based on ADA violations, we provide effective legal representation to ensure that the lawsuit is resolved in the most cost-effective manner possible. We have successfully resolved numerous ADA lawsuits to our clients’ satisfaction.
